To provide effective, efficient and high quality home care services in the residence of our patients in order to promote well-being, dignity and independence for individuals in our community and the Agency’s service area.
Care is provided on the basis of need without regard of the patient’s age, sex, race or national origin to the extent of our Agency’s resources.
We believe that ultimate patient independence promotes self-esteem and dignity within the family unit. Facilitation of self-care needs is a vital part of the home care role.
We believe it is best facilitated in the patient’s home setting where they are most comfortable and can interact and receive support from family members, friends and significant others.
We believe it is of utmost importance to involve the patient and/or family, friends or significant others in the patient’s plan of care.
To assist clients to arrive at the level of maximum independence and rehabilitation potential via interdisciplinary communication.
To provide the client and/or family with the training necessary to maintain or improve the health status of that client.
To provide a coordinated plan of care and team approach to rehabilitative care through a controlled system of referral and feedback.
To provide a thorough utilization review process and ensure consistent home care to each client.

This past 2016 marked our 18th anniversary. We have been providing Quality care and Services since August 1998 for Starr, Hidalgo, Zapata, Cameron, Jim Hogg, Webb and Willacy Counties.
To provide continuity of services in the referral mechanism to facilitate uninterrupted care of the individual client within the health care system.
To provide resources and assist the community in working toward meeting the needs of the acutely ill, aged, and disabled residents.

We support and get involved in many events throughout the community. We have participated every year in our local American Cancer Society's' Relay for life. We also proudly participated in events as The Autism Awareness Walk-a-thon, National Nite Out and the Starr County Fair.
We First opened our doors in August 1998 and we continue to serve proudly the Rio Grande Valley.
